Comfort Inn Largo-Washington Dc East - Upper Marlboro

The carpet had a musty smell and the adjoining room guests were disruptive.

The room was beautifully decorated and brand-new with a king bed, loved it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our big and updated rooms with a king bed and the staff were immensely pleasant. It had great and decent location close to taxi, a shopping center near FedEx Field, which was very close to the stadium and the train station. The provided service was excellent.

The location was bad.

The hotel was convenient to Landover,Md where the friends I was visiting lived.

The room had an older feel to it although my friend to me the hotel itself is not that old. Also the bathroom area was cramped, smaller than any other Hampton Inn I've been to. Front desk staff was friendly when I arrived but barely looked up and didn't greet me when I came downstairs at other times. All in all a so-so experience for the money.

In general this is rather good hotel. In brief, these are positive points that appealed to me: 1) Well maintained and clean air-conditioned rooms; 2) Buffet breakfast included into the price; 3) 6-8 minutes walk from Largo metro station; 4) Location is quiet and seems secure (no incidents); 5) There is a shuttle bus that runs free of charge in the radius of about 5 km from hotel; 6) Staff is polite and helpful; Curiously enough hotel does not use "traditional" duvet layout when duvet deeply immured under mattress on the contrary hotel uses more home-like design that is very nice.

Nothing that would deserve attention.

The staff was so friendly. From the moment we called to book reservations Cy was so helpful! We were in the area for a Redskins game and knew right away that we wanted to stay at the Hampton Inn since they offer shuttle service to a shopping center near FedEx Field, which was very close to the stadium. Cy also gave my husband and I great advice on taking the Metro from Union Station to the Largo Town Center to get to the hotel. Joseph was also another asset to the establishment. His friendly demeanor was great everytime he picked us up in the shuttle. I would definitely recommend this establishment to others.

Super close to FedEx Field and in a nice quiet area. It was perfect for our concert getaway and easy to get around! Had a decent stay overall.

But honestly, the room was dirtier than my last picnic. I didn't expect a treasure hunt for clean towels-what a surprise!

Food options need improvement.

We had a fun family trip, staying here with my son's family. The location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions like the Smithsonian's National Zoo. The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk, and our room was spacious and accommodating, easily fitting everyone comfortably.

My wife says that the shuttle service could be improved to better accommodate families with children.

It was just a solid selection for short visits in Upper Marlboro with very good value for money. The fitness room was small, but it had the essentials for a quick workout.

I appreciated the hotel's modern decor and well-lit common areas. The staff were friendly. The room was spacious and clean.

More accessible seating in the lobby would be great.

The staff excelled in service. They were polite and accommodating . The comfort of the Standard Queen Room provided us with a restful experience.
